Food Planning meeting

Since October 25,2010 I have lost a total of 3 and a 1/2 lbs with little to no effort this small window of time engineered to allow a  period of getting off of the bad food like sodas and sweets. Its only been a couple of days so it is what it is.

Today I also received the meal plan and supplements. 

Ready Set Go.. Its on.
